Protara is a piece of software that is really one in a million. There are not that many software packages out there that are free, allow you to do development in a way that is extremely easy and at the same time have an overall interface that is extremely easy to use. Most free software packages are lacking in at least one of those two areas and Protara’s ability to have both present is something that makes it very special indeed.

Protara is a software package that is used for the creation of applications that will eventually be used either in Windows or in Windows Mobile. It supports multiple versions of both operating systems and in addition to that the Integrated Development Environment that the application provides you with is really amazing. This would be a software package worth purchasing even if there was a price attached to it, but the fact that you can get it for free is definitely something that really does add to how special this software is.
