Sounds like a useful data recovery package. I was wondering how it dealt with FAT deleted files. FAT is a Windows file system, but the deletion of a files removes that file’s allocation information so usually a deleted file will only be recovered successfully if it complerises a sequence of contiguous disk sectors. Are you doing any serious content recognition to recover the data for deleted but non-contiguously stored data files?
