The application can also be used to manage your favorite links, duplicates, dead links and failed links to get webpage information. Each of these links can open in the own browser with parameter.
The application can be used to import and export bookmarks from supported browsers like Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Opera, and Google Chrome. All your favorite collections can be stored on a USB drive. The application is an advanced tool to easily synchronize all bookmarks between home PC and work PC or Laptop. With LinkCollector, you can check links or delete any duplicate or dead links, and your bookmarks database.
The latest features and additions to LinkCollector Portable Edition include; support for Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, and Chrome browsers, import from HTML, SQLite (FireFox bookmarks), URL (Internet Explorer Favorites), JSON (Chrome bookmarks), ADR (Opera bookmarks), LinkCollector files and direct from browsers, get website info (screenshot, favicon, title, alive page or not), manage/find duplicates, manage favorite bookmarks, and search text.
On the downside, the publishers did not include an uninstaller in this version of LinkCollector. Users are however welcome to download and use the limited version for until the trial period expires.
