O. James Samson - May 17, 2011Movies by CraigWorks is an application that combines a movie collection organizer as well as a home theater PC software in one. Unlike most movie organizers, Movies by CraigWorks runs as web server and is accessed using a standard web browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome; and that is why the interface is very familiar and easy to use. Its new features or updates include the following; JRE 1.6+, VLC 1.0.4, Windows (7, Vista, or XP), Browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome), Remote Controller, Dialogs fail to show if image file was missing, Modify Movie, fix display of movie popups in custom lists screen, and update all movie scrapper to support site changes. The new site does not support all the cover images that the old site did.
Users can also find some of its key features very useful. These features include the following; familiar and easy-to-use web interface, integrated VLC media player, manage settings for multiple display, iPad streaming, create custom lists of movies for easy access, import movie data from the internet, remote control compatible, display media info, and a few others. Movies by CraigWorks is a freeware application, and runs on Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows XP.
