Kingsoft Office Suite Free 2012 is a office productivity freeware. It consists of three very powerful programs, each with its specific function. These are: Writer – this is a fully equipped advanced word processor; Presentation – this allows you to create effective multimedia presentations; Spreadsheets – handles all your data processing and analysis requirements.

In this newer version of the program, the publishers have added a few features: the installation package is now more optimized; help files are moved online and additional PPT templates are now available online for downloads.  Other special features of this program are: paragraph adjustment such as indentations and line spacing can be done  simply by dragging and dropping, multiple task bar allows you to switch easily and conveniently from one window to another when working on multiple document windows.

Its in-built Office to PDF converter makes it possible for the user to export files in various formats directly to PDF formats.

Its in-built auto spell check allows you to proofread your document as you type. It suggests a list of possibly correct words to help you in your word documents. Your privacy can be protected using its document encryption. This prevents others from seeing or changing the files. To do this, enter a read-only password to allowing file browsing and a read-write password to both browse and edit. You can also use this program to read and edit email attachments. With its in-built emailing function, you can easily share email documents.
