What is this program all about?

It’s fast, easy-to-use, and produces excellent results. The program has improved in terms of features since the last time it was released.

Among several updates and fixes made to this version include the following; Fixed a bug of recent versions, where the image appeared broken if viewed at >50% size on some machines. (The problem also goes away after going into the preferences menu, and selecting something in the drop-down menus)

Any downsides?

I have not experienced any. This is an excellent program that still can get even better.
