TextFindIT 2.0
O. James Samson - September 10, 2009The latest release of TextFindIT came to the freeware marketplace on September 9th and it has already received rave reviews from people that enjoy the specialized service that it provides.
Using TextFindIT, you can search for a specific text string inside all of the files in a folder. This means that if you’re looking for a specific letter or article and you can remember a phrase from it, TextFindIT will allow you to find that file in a way that the normal search that comes with Vista could never do.
Most people that have searched through their files on Windows have at one point or another come to the conclusion that being able to search for specific text strings within files would be a useful thing to have. Now, thanks to the genius and programming grit of an individual programmer, TextFindIT 2.0 brings that functionality to you in stunning form.
The only thing that you need to know in order to run this program is that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is required in order to run it. This is not the only reason to get this framework however and most people should already have it.
Aside from that, you can find out more information about this piece of software by visiting the publisher’s website at crwld.org.
