The program includes a very simple programming language that basically gathers inspiration from the original BASIC programming language; a modern and attractive programming environment; including a rich and extensible libraries. A combination of all these features makes this program or project a lot of fun for all categories of users.
Though, still has a few problems here and there; Microsoft Small Basic 0.95 can be found really useful, especially for the newbie. Beginners definitely have a lot to learn in no time when this program is downloaded and installed on the system. The program requires and supports the following: Windows 7; Windows Server 2003; Windows Server 2008; Windows Vista; Windows Vista 64-bit Edition Service Pack 1; Windows XP; Windows XP 64 bit; and also requires .NET Framework 3.5SP 1.
Once downloaded and installed from the web page of the publisher; you can launch it by simply going through the shortcut. This freeware program like I already mentioned has a lot of features that will be of great help for beginners. Microsoft Small Basic is definitely not a bad program; and can be downloaded and installed for free.
