UltraEdit is a text editor with support for unlimited file sizes, a spell checker, drag and drop, full HEX editing capabilities, user configurable syntax highlighting, column editing, sorting, and a configurable toolbar. This shareware program comes with a lot of additional features recently included by its publishers. UltraEdit supports disk-based 64-bit file handling (standard) on 32-bit Windows Platforms (Windows 2000 and later). It is one editing program that has been in use for a couple of years, and has certainly witnessed a lot of upgrades since it was first released.
