James Samson - July 19, 2011Drumlin software is a Secure PDF reader and secure PDF publisher that provides a fully integrated, and entirely free secure PDF distribution system (a DRM) for publishers, academics, market research companies, professional organizations, financial institutions, legal firms, advertising agencies, governmental bodies and almost any organization with private or valuable documents to distribute. Drumlin 60 Beta is fully compatible with all Windows operating systems, including a couple of updates and changes that include the following; support new format DRMX files (you can view the read me-file for further details on this update), support for Javelin reader “Click & Go: file creation, additional server logging of activities, new intelligent watermark option, and many more.
Drumlin also includes a PDF reader with built-in military-strength encryption, wide-ranging secure publishing (‘writing’ a secure PDF file), and a Digital Right Management (DRM) service. With the newly introduced Javelin “Click & Go” option provides a single downloadable PDF reader and/or Document+Reader program, avoiding the complexity of software installation and registration (with or without DRM-based authorization).
