It has a simple user interface that is easy to navigate, a great Help page. You could use this freeware to cut unnecessary video parts, combine several videos into one, edit videos and so much more. You could convert videos with 10x speed due to CUDA and DXVA support. It does not have any adware.

Ellora Assets Corporation, the author of this program, has added a few changes to this version. They include: the new DVD menus, the auto-crop option, the auto-backup option and the possibility to set a custom DVD background.

Downsides?
