Media Player Classic – Home Cinema is a Media Player Classic mod design for home-cinema usage.

Media Player Classic is an extremely light-weight media player for Windows. It looks just like Windows Media Player v6.4, but has many additional features. It has a built in DVD player with real-time zoom, support for AVI subtitles, QuickTime and RealVideo support (requires QuickTime and/or Real Player), and lots more.

Media Player Classic is built with a lot of important features including the following: it enables you to watch movies on any SSE CPU, even on your old computer back from ’99; it has a wide array of options that can be customized to fit almost any needs including custom toolbars; Media Player Classic can also be used as DVB player.

Any downside?

Recently Media Player Classic has been a bit sticky, but it doesn’t take anything away from the fact that it is a great program still.
