This is a set of programs designed for Windows to add photographic effects to your pictures.
It reuses any effect you like in any other images easily and file it for easy access. It can also reuse effects of images captured with PhtoChances Explorer

PhotoChances Explorer shows your digital photos in a slideshow with the effects selected at random with the originals untouched. Each image displayed can be saved with the effect at the resolution of the original picture.
