Take Ownership 0.1.5.157

O. James Samson - April 9, 2011

Rizone Take Ownership Shell Extension is a small shell extension that adds a context menu option called “Take Ownership” to all folders and files. The menu option can be used to modify discretionary access control lists; also called or known as DACLs. In other words, Take Ownership can be used to unlock or get ownership of a file or folder. So, if you hate going through the stress of changing your folders, then you should be thinking of Take Ownership. It is certainly designed to save you a lot of time, and help you focus on other things you want to do on your system. Take Ownership is a freeware program, and it is so amazing to know that it is easy to understand, and you might not have any difficulty when it comes to getting used to it.

Rizone Take Ownership Shell Extension is a brilliant piece of work from the publishers. Being a freeware program has not taken anything away from its performance, and the publishers have to be commended for a job well done. It saves you a lot of hours you would have spent fiddling with the settings on your system. It runs on Windows 7 Windows Vista, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, and Windows XP.
