BatteryCare is a program created to optimize the usage and performance of the modern laptop’s battery. BatteryCare monitors the battery’s discharge cycles and helps to increase its autonomy and improve its lifetime. This new version has the capacity to optimize startup time that is why it has been upgraded up to 50% faster than it used to be in the past. Other changes include the following; reduced Quickinfo Popup display delay, it’s now snappier, fixed minor translation issues, updater will now install Major releases with the program Installer, and a few others. BatteryCare also comes with a lot of nice features, which include the following; battery’s discharge cycle monitoring (the advanced algorithm accurately records when a complete discharge cycle is performed), complete battery information (BatteryCare calculates the statistical remaining time in laptops that don’t support the battery time left information and only list the charge percentage, and displays detailed information about battery, such as wear level, capacities, consumption, manufacturers, and many more), Automatic power plans switching (depending on the power source of the computer, BatteryCare can automatically select the power plan you prefer), CPU and HDD temperature reading (BatteryCare constantly monitors your CPU and hard drive temperature, either in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit), and many more.
