FileZilla – A Powerful but Easy to Use FTP Client

Looks ok but a bit complicated. A user friendly (and free) alternative is GigaTribe (http://www.gigatribe.com) which allows users to share large folders (and therefore files) over the internet. Uploads/Downloads resume with absolutely no data loss if one of the connected parties turns off his computer.
