I have waited for this one and now it’s finally here! Though still in its beta stage, it is no doubt a wonderful piece and I think it is going to be of great help not just to me, but to all lovers of an organized system as well.
The very first thing to catch your attention is its wonderful interface and then the features that it carries. What about formatting? From the italic to the bold and the underline and not to forget the font and the face selection, I love them all!
One omission that I strongly believe should have been included but not is that of jpg image and gif. I as a user would want to see these features or feature added to it to make it a complete user delight.
Even though there is a plan by the publishers to release a deluxe version, my take on the Beta version is that it is a job well done!

No doubt a software that creates an auto back up for your ftp and tools. It also creates self extracting archives using wizard. Another thing I like about it is its ability to encrypt files and save my frequently used password.
This version has a very impressive compression utility when compared to older version. The features are just wonderful and even though the memories of the very recent version are still fresh in my mind, the publishers took this into consideration and added the old classic tool bar to bring back feelings of nostalgia.
At first installation, I used it at length and discovered that the only thing that gets me bored is the bugs that keep coming up. Honestly I wished this would never be but here we are. Really, I could do without bugs but the truth is, I will give the publishers of this software many thumbs up for this one.

Looking to lock your PDF files? then this software is not a bad buy after all. Basically this software lets you protect your PDF and nothing else. I mean it doesn’t protect any other! For other formats, you may have to look elsewhere; I mean other software. This software has an interface that is well organized and options are also well displayed.
One major plus for this software is its ability to protect my password, I once typed my password incorrectly and it denied me access and when I latter retyped it, access was granted and this to me is peace of mind. At least I know that my PDF files are safe and secured from intruders.
What about the negative side of it, well, this version does not give me the satisfaction in terms of multiple file processing, in other words, it does not process more than a file at a time and that for me is one big limitation.
When I tried checking on the Help file for other information that could be of help to me, I was amazed to discover that PDF ENCRYPTON AND DECRYPT are features instead of being a STANDALONE program.
Checking out this software is not a bad idea after all.

The application can be used for two purposes: as an investment tool and as a personal financial management. As an investment tool, users can use the application to actively monitor stock movements. The application connects to Yahoo! Finance to provide investors the latest data on the stock market.
As a personal financial management tool, the application allows users to place their personal financial information for future references. The application can also be used to control personal spending as it will automatically deduct the savings when a payment is due. This is very useful for recurring payments as the application provides alerts on payment deadlines. Users can also set alerts on debts they need to collect. Because of the debit/credit nature of the application, small businesses can use this to monitor their cash flow.
The interface of Spryka Desktop Budget Lite is very easy to understand. Tabs are provided in the left side of the application. Simply click on the tab to reach the page you want to view. Editing your data is very simple as it works like MS Excel. Any confusion can be easily answered as the application also comes with an extensive help file. Although the application limits you to a single account, the features needed for an automated budgeting are already there.

I still can not believe this one is free! One of the most outstanding software in its category. Even though the commercial use allows for a 14 day trial period, I just begin to imagine what is in that one that is not in this. I wonder!
Process Lasso just makes your system’s performance and its rate of responsiveness high. Though it doesn’t replace your task manager, but at least it does have wonderful task management capabilities to go with its main functions. My system was running low on memory and is becoming rather slow before installation and like magic; every thing is close to been normal once again.
The only problem I have with it is that of the gaming mode which doesn’t work as I would have wanted it to.

Have you ever had problems trying to fit a particular Mp3 file into a media for instance a 2G MP3 file into a 258MB memory stick or you just want part of an interesting song, exciting dialogue or a cool instrumental solo. May be you wanted to split an MP3 file based on its logical structure, audio book 1st e.t.c
I am please to introduce to you “MP3 Splitter” which solves the aforementioned problems and more.It simply dice MP3 files into smaller bits depending on your choice whether you want fragmentation by frame or unit. It also makes it possible to export these new files to a destination of your choice.
It is worthy of note that although it is an easy piece of software for use, it has some drawbacks.when dicing, through its user-definable split method, one can only select one beginning and one end cut point at a time which undermines its flexibility. Its interface is fixed in size and thus can’t be resized. On installation the program doesn’t create any icons but surreptitiously adds an entry to the start menu. Apart from resizing, it doesn’t possess any extra features of any sort.
You might want to try out this software although its 7-day trial doesn’t allow much perusal of its capabilities.

Just like kaza, this one uses p2p technology in connecting you to other users, except that this time around it does not give you the file sharing function but enables you to with your friends without any payment. Skype enables you to make phone calls to your friends and what’s more, it’s simple to use!
Over the years, Skype has improved so well that it can even begin to compare with other similar software in its category. Soft wares such as: voip and open wengo.
On the down side of this software are issues such as: credit expiration, which to me should not be when you consider the fact that other competitors don’t do the same. At least your credit should remain in your account whether or not you use it. A second issue is that of the size of the software, which I think should not be that big. I think Skype would be enjoyed even without most of the added features.
In a nutshell, it is a good software and it works perfectly on my Windows XP.

If for some reason you don’t like your Windows Explorer file manager system and want a way to organize your files that is more like the DOS file manager (two windows are fixed beside each other) then you should try Total Commander. This is an application that has been specially built to work with the Windows operating system, and take the place of Explorer.
In archiving, the Total Commander supports the following files ZIP/ARJ/LHA/RAR/UC2/TAR/GZ/CAB/ACE archives, and can also compress files in a zip folder. That means you can store more in your computer’s memory drives. You can search for these files, view them, edit them, and everything else that you can do with the Windows Explorer, only in a different set-up which you may find easier to use. There are a few extras for this application:
- Your keyboard functions will be the same as the original DOS.
- It will let you delete “full” directories.
- Since the archives are treated as directories, copying to and from these files are easier.
- An enhanced search feature.
This is not the first Window Commander that has come out, but this one fixed the bugs that were found on the first release, like the Unicode search, more media files work with the interface, and many others.
The application can be downloaded for free online, and will not take long to download because it is not a big file. Be sure to source your download directly from their site at ghisler.com since this is an application, there will be people out there who will send malware along with it.
