AVG Anti-Virus Free 9.0.81 4a2810 is an update to other previous versions of this security program. It ranks as one of the best known free antivirus program available on the internet today. It offers protection to certain limits, and users who want something out of this world should consider using a paid antivirus application.
As usual, AVG still ranks high on the lists of most software review sites, also users have continued to tryst AVG because of its numerous advantages over others. The problem users have always complained about is none other than its size. AVG free just makes your system to crawl, making it difficult for your system to work as fast as it should be.
The core of the testing engine is a virtual device driver which loads the directly into the memory as soon as you boot your Windows. AVG may be free, but at least it still provides some very good online security measures for your computer. AVG is also good at detecting a lot of unwanted programs and yet giving you the opportunity to delete them.

A very small, but us Console Build is out with some new features that make it even more interesting to use. Users can now have a richer Windows7 lockup fix, better error messages on shell startup, configuration load fix, better handling of Windows settings’ change.
Console 2.00 Build 146 Beta is newly released, and even if it is still in Beta stage, users can still enjoy a lot of its wonderfully blended features. It includes multiple tabs, text editor-like text selection, alpha and colour-key transparency, configurable font among others.
Console is easily customizable for users who need to, and apart from that, users can also enjoy this program for free. It is an open source, and users do not need to pay to use this program.
The publishers should consider going full screen with this program because it is going to be greater when it is viewed from a wider screen perspective. I have no doubt in my mind that this is one piece of program well put together by the publishers; kudos to them.

One of my favourite antivirus programs on the internet today; AntiVir personal edition offers one of the best online protections for your computer. Version 10.0.0.565 is both for personal and private use on a single computer. AntiVir is effective in terms of detecting and removing harmful programs that make your program vulnerable to attacks.
It has an inbuilt resident guard that serves to monitor the improvement of files automatically, with or without much interference from the users. For instance, when downloading over the internet, it helps to check some of the files and make sure they are from unwanted programs.
The problem with version 10.0.0.565 is that the publishers did not take their time to properly observe it like other versions. The moment you update to this version, you will begin to notice how sluggish your system has suddenly become. Another problem is that the updates take longer time to complete and sometimes, it just fails to update. These are just some of the major problems users are likely to face when they use this version.

AOL Instant Messenger for Windows 7.3.3.6 Beta 1 is just another addition to other versions the publishers have released in the past. There is nothing really too interesting about it, but the whole thing lies in the name.
No matter how you view it, AOL Instant messenger is an add-on that brings you closer to your online friends; giving more meaning to your online activities. It helps you to send messages instantly, making it and other messengers great resources to have on a computer.

For a program to be tagged a freeware does not mean it should be very low in standard and quality. Gom Player 2.1.24.5013 Beta may still be in Beta stage, but much the publishers must realize how significant it is to make it a hit right from this stage. Like I mentioned earlier, Gom player is a freeware and has support for many features the publishers claim to be for advanced users. According to the publishers, it is meant for those who have their eyes set on high video quality. I might just agree with the publishers on some other issues, but not on the video quality.
At least you can still use it to play a lot of files on your system in spite of the quality, which a lot of people might not consider that bad. At least the publishers have taken their time in fixing some errors and noticeable bugs in recent editions. Such bugs are; encoder minor updates fixed, fixing of distorted logos, addition of filters and the upgrade of PSP compatibility among others.

BleachBit 0.7.4 is getting better by each new updates and the publishers should please keep this up for the interest of the users. Microsoft Silverlight is a cross browser, as well as a cross-platform plug-in capable of delivering the up-to-the-recent generation of media experiences and rich applications for the web. If you are a developer or designer who is interested in acquiring more knowledge and skill on how to build experiences with Microsoft Silverlight, then you have what you need in this program.
This is definitely a freeware application, but the problem I have with it is the fact that it could open up your program for possible virus attack. The problem I have with this program is also not different from what I have with most plug-in applications. If one must download and make use of this program, then there is a need to have a good antivirus program installed on the system.
Taking a closer look at the features, users can begin to look forward to enjoying things like: IIS smooth streaming; out of browser experience; new controls; deep zoom; sketch flow and the rest.
